Whether a small or large business, EXO POS can be configured to be your retail interface. It accommodates hardware 'must haves' like barcode scanners, cash drawers etc.

EXO POS has the ability to manage shifts and produce shift-based reporting when required. Bank batches or total sales balance reports are just one click away.  You can also report by user, with password and log-on accounts for each staff member to track sales, credits and discounting.  Easily interact with other branches or stores directly through EXO POS, showing stock levels at other branches and easy-to-follow transfer requests to move it.

Manage promotions and pricing, with preloaded promotional pricing updating the system automatically. Your team have the right tools to attract more customers and generate extra sales.

Handle all necessary transactions such as dealing with 'trade account' customers with different pricing, generating credits and refunds - including deposits and lay-bys.  On-the-spot stock lookups show available stock, across multiple locations if necessary.

Support for onsite sold warranties is available where a warranty is sold as an item. It's possible to set up automatic prompts with the option to up-sell these to customers, attaching serial numbers and expiry dates.
