MYOB EXO Fixed Assets tracks and manages assets owned by your business, updating depreciation and revaluations as needed. This module can be integrated to the EXO Business General Ledger - dealing with depreciation and maintenance schedules in real time.
Track fixed assets such as vehicles, machines, hardware or office equipment for accounting purposes. Identify purchases loaded into the company's General Ledger and prompt an asset to be created for tracking, maintenance, depreciation, revaluation and disposal. This module also caters for parent/child assets. Full reporting is available.

Assign assets to locations or people, to track locations and ensure that maintenance schedules are adhered to as required. The ability exists to hierarchically group assets by types, letting you assign default depreciation rates codes and asset codes to specific P&Ls on a monthly basis. This is ideal if assets are across a national organisation with numerous office locations.

The module will then accurately calculate both book and tax values for each asset and post depreciation schedules directly to the general ledger. This drives detailed reporting, and minimises rekeying and administration.
