MYOB EXO Month End Duration: Half day
Keeping your system balanced on a monthly basis is key to ensuring accurate reporting. Balancing every month helps to highlight any issues that may be occurring with processing, and provides you the opportunity to address them before they become real problems.
This course is designed to make you proficient in month-end processing in Exonet. Learn how to balance the modules to General Ledger, including Debtors, Creditors and Stock. Understand how to find discrepancies and how to fix them. Also learn about the impact of foreign exchange variances and how to reconcile purchases, clearing accounts.

MYOB EXO Beginners Clarity Training Duration: Full day
Learn how to write your own reports to make the most of your data and management reporting. This beginners course covers how to use Clarity to modify existing forms and reports in MYOB EXO adding fields, changing the layout and format.
A basic understanding of clarity is recommended, MYOB EXO experience is required.

MYOB EXO Advanced Clarity Training Duration: Full day
The advanced clarity course content includes details on generating sub reports, drill down reports, cross tab reports and an introduction to the calculations tab, which includes basic event programming and useful functions from the code toolbox. It will also include command parameters, mail merge and other advanced techniques.
A strong understanding of clarity, MYOB EXO and databases is required.

MYOB EXO System Administrator Training Duration: Half day
There are many parts of EXO that you (the user) can modify and customise to suit your specific requirements.
Ever wondered how to set up new users? Assign authority levels to staff for purchase orders? How to change menus or give users access to some things but not others? Or maybe you have always wanted to know how to add an item to your payment types list, or change the description on your stock locations.This course will teach you to perform basic system administration functions in MYOB EXO.
We cover these main topics:
